List of Firearms Requirements

(RENEWAL EVERY 10 YEARS)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Firearm Registration Application Form
2. Copy of Valid Certificate of License to Own and Possess Firearm (LTOPF)
3. Copy of Expired Firearm License Card or Firearm Registration

If address is different from the address on the approved License to Own and Possess Firearms, add:

• Proof of Latest Billing Address – name and address same as LTOPF applicant; if not, provide Barangay Clearance

If Transfer of Firearms, add:

• Deed of Sale/Deed of Donation
